App Transfer

App transfer seamlessly moves an app interface displayed on your phone screen to the vehicle screen.

When we are connected to HiCar and using a phone app that supports transfer to the vehicle screen, the live window in the upper left corner of the phone will show "Transferable". After tapping it, you will notice a transfer icon (second from the right) appear in the HiCar notification, as shown below.

After tapping the transfer icon, the app on your phone will be displayed directly on the vehicle screen. Thanks to the new system foundation, the transfer experience on HiCar NEXT is much better. For example, when a map app is transferred to the vehicle screen, it does not restart navigation like before — HiCar NEXT achieves a truly seamless transfer.
